A dedicated desert racing competitor from California's Central Valley, Gregg Smith has established himself as a consistent presence in SCORE International's grueling off-road championship series. Racing primarily in the ultra-competitive Class 10 division, Smith pilots his custom-built TubbeChassis-Chevy alongside a veteran crew that includes co-drivers Joel Renfroe, Jessaca Smith, Mike Welsch, Omar Gomez, and Jaime Camarillo.

Smith's racing philosophy centers on preparation, endurance, and strategic pit work—essential elements for surviving the brutal terrain of Baja California's desert courses. His team's experience shows in their methodical approach to pre-running, vehicle setup, and race execution. The Class 10 category represents one of desert racing's most challenging divisions, featuring unlimited single-seat or two-seat vehicles that demand exceptional driving skill and mechanical reliability.

Operating out of Modesto, Smith has tackled the legendary Baja 1000 multiple times, joining the ranks of competitors who understand that finishing these marathon events is often as significant as winning.
