Building on a family legacy of desert racing excellence, this Bakersfield-based competitor has established himself as a formidable force in SCORE International competition across multiple classes. His versatility shines through impressive performances in both Class 10 and Class 1/2-1600 competition, demonstrating the adaptability that separates elite desert racers from the field.

Most notably, Boyer secured a remarkable fourth-place finish in the grueling Class 1/2-1600 division at the legendary Baja 1000, co-driving with Rick Boyer in their Lothringer-built machine. Completing the 1,000-mile odyssey in just over 30 hours, they battled through some of the most challenging terrain in desert racing, including treacherous boulder sections and heavy traffic that claimed many competitors. This achievement placed them among the top finishers in one of the most competitive VW-powered classes in the field.

His racing portfolio spans from the high-horsepower Class 10 ranks, where he's piloted Banning-Ford entries alongside seasoned co-drivers, to the technical precision required in Class 1/2-1600 competition.
